Release Notes

--When trying to insert a hyperlink through the hyperlink editor, internal markers used
by the editor are used for the links text ( webkit based browsers), while nothing would get inserted
by all other browsers. This has been fixed now. See: http://typps.codeplex.com/discussions/250935

--Fixed a little problem in ie8 and below where the anchor elements paths getting resolved to absoluteUrls vs relativeUrls
--Fixed overflow in the file browser dialog where the treeview wasn't restricted to overflow with scrollbars. Now it overflows after a max height of 150px easily overridable on the file-browser css Classic/Css/editoricons.css

--Fixed IE9 problems
--File browser template had the OK/Cancels buttons positions wrong. This is fixed now
--MediaFrame wasn't working too good in ie9 when effects were enabled. This is fixed now.
--Add a new demo page for File browser support in the editor (http://demo.typps.com/Editor/filebrowser.aspx)

--Fixed several designer related issues, more specifically with the autogenerate css option.
--Fixed bug in IE where the href urls weren't being maintained when switching from htmlview to designview and vice versa.
--Fixed bug in IE where the href urls weren't being maintained if there was a $ sign in the url.
--Fixed Using unicode representation of space doesn't work too well on some encodings. Since we do not need the extra space appended in each anchor element that represents a toolbar button, we've decided to remove the space all together.
--Fixed ampersand(&) re-encoding performed by the editor serverside. This was a bug.
--When including an ampersand & character, it gets double encoded and you end up with malformed output, eg: & gets transformed to &amp#38; and each time you switch between htmlview/designview the ampersand keeps getting re-encoded. This commit fixes this problem.
--Bug fix for issue no.#7868 (http://typps.codeplex.com/workitem/7868) --applications defaulting to Right to left cultures are effected with this bug. It's corrected now.
--Includes a fix for work item #7786 http://typps.codeplex.com/workitem/7786
